Building Information Modeling (BIM) Implementation For Low Carbon – Eco Friendly Housing

Housing development in Indonesia is increasing annually and leads to the high demand of housing provision. In this recent time, Indonesian government facing backlog until 13,5 million. To solve problem, then focus on regulation by implemented One Million program from 2015. one hand, effective but term environmental awareness, massive carbon emission. The impact due building material construction process that far eco-friendly. For reason, a solution needed reduce occurs. solutions can be done develop low-carbon design using alternative materials are environmentally friendly. Building Information Modelling (BIM) method give broad view regarding emission integrative modelling. This study aims analyze prototype type 36 with low study, for light weight concrete panel plastic waste. result show proposed decreasing as amount 26% compared conventional housing. 1 cm thickness has value 2.56 tCO2e, lower than wall panel.
